I believe that healing is sacred work—an unfolding that happens in divine timing, guided by both the soul and the nervous system. As a therapist, I hold space for the unseen, the tender, the mystical, and the messy. My clients often share that they feel safe to bring their full selves into the room—with all their contradictions, longings, and quiet wisdom.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which forms the foundation of how I support emotional healing, identity integration, and transformation. In our work together, we’ll listen deeply to the parts of you that have been carrying pain, fear, or shame—and gently invite them into dialogue, trust, and healing. Drawing from IFS, somatic practices, and intuitive guidance, I support you in reconnecting with your inner Self, your body’s wisdom, and the deeper truths that want to emerge.

Alongside IFS, I thoughtfully integrate elements from evidence-based modalities including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and shift limiting thought patterns with compassion and awareness.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness while honoring the complexity of your parts.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – to process trauma-related beliefs through a combined cognitive and parts-based lens.

Brief Supportive Psychotherapy (BSP) – to ground our work in attuned, relational presence, especially when parts need co-regulation.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – to help surface your strengths, inner resources, and future-oriented clarity, even in the midst of pain.

This IFS-informed integration allows us to move beyond symptom management and into deep, sustainable healing. I love using these tools to gently explore what lies at the heart of issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar patterns, relational conflict, loneliness, shame, self-loathing, addictions, and attachment wounds.

Clients often share that as we work together, synchronicities increase, their inner world softens, and clarity begins to emerge from within. This is not just therapy—it is energetic integration, nervous system reweaving, and soul remembrance.

It is my honour to walk beside you as you step into more of who you truly are.

I have over 20 years of therapeutic experience supporting individuals in their journey of growth and healing. My style is warm and informal and I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their emotions, past experiences and where they feel stuck.

As a trauma-focused therapist and EMDR Certified Therapist ™, I specialize in treating both “big T” and “small t” trauma, including childhood attachment wounds. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and I use the wisdom of the body to guide therapy sessions and deepen my client’s understanding of themselves. I am passionate about helping adults and first responders to heal from trauma and feel more connected to themselves and to their relationships.

I have advanced training through Postpartum Support International and BRIA (for perimenopause/menopause), as well as training from Warrior Health to support First Responders and their families.

I am also an EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT) and I deeply enjoy supporting and guiding consultees looking to deepen their confidence and understanding of EMDR and/or move toward certification, all in a warm and non-judgemental space.

I am trained in the following modalities; Structural Dissociation, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Structural Dissociation, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Irrespective of the modality used, I believe that all therapy should be rooted in a client-therapist relationship that is characterized by warmth, acceptance and trust.

I am highly influenced by attachment science and trauma research and I obtain inspiration from the healing powers of connection and emotional security. I am committed to staying current on evidence-based treatments and I engage in ongoing psychotherapy training.

I believe that psychotherapy is an art that involves the “meeting of two minds”. I am passionate about helping my clients heal and grow and I am honoured to witness the shifts that occur within their nervous system and ultimately, their lives.

My clients describe me as warm and easy to open up to. You can expect a non-judgmental space where we work at a pace that you feel ready for because therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating.

Together we will work to achieve the changes you want for yourself, identify the root of the problems or symptoms you are facing, and you’ll learn more about yourself through the process.

I am grateful to have over 9 years of experience working with adults to process and overcome the far-reaching impacts of trauma on the mind and body. I am a Registered Psychotherapist that worked with those who experienced trauma from historical childhood abuse, unhealthy relationships, sexual abuse and sexual assault. I also offer specialized support to First Responders.

Trauma can show up in many ways in the mind and body including anxiety, depression, nightmares, difficulty trusting others, among many other common symptoms. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are trauma focused to support you in processing your experiences and reaching your goals for therapy. I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) trained, and I draw from various other approaches including Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Through such evidence-based therapeutic approaches I’ve observed significant shifts with people I’ve worked with. I have witnessed them become more empowered, self-compassionate, and calmer with a newly gained sense of peace when thinking of their past traumatic experiences.
